A leader is one who gets the work done by someone. A good leader helps the person towards the achievement of a particular goal. If one wants to become a leader then he/she should follow or have all the qualities that should be in a good leader.
Leadership qualities are very essential in a good leader. To become a good leader, one should have self confidence, he should be honest because dishonesty can be a bad example for his followers, he should be polite, intelligence, respectful etc.
Leadership qualities can be demonstrated in many ways. It can be demonstrated through many activities or in any type of situation. There are many examples like leading in sports team, in organization or school, colleges etc.
Leadership demonstration- Imagine a situation where in an organization a new employee has just joined. He has a particular goal and is not motivated and doesn't know much about organization. So, that employee would need a leader who can motivate him by appreciating his work, tells him about an organization and also give him right direction to help him to achieve his particular goal.
