Leadership is an ability to motivate others or leading others towards the achievement of someone's goal. A leader is someone who guides a team towards right direction. Leaders are represented as motivating, encouraging and hard working.

Leadership also means to keep in touch with people. So, that he can understand every problem of a individual so that he can motivate a person towards the achievement of a common goal. A leader also sets an amazing example for others.

Leadership is far from management, it can't be taught. Leadership is learned, and it can be learned through coaching and leading.

However, Leadership means different in different situations. For instance, it can relate to political, religious, in sports or in community.
